Wolves are considerably better imitators than dogs, says new study
It is widely believed that domestication influenced the abilities of dogs to form close relationships with humans. However, the effects of domestication on the interactions between the animals have not received much attention. Although wolves and dogs are closely related, scientists suggest that wolves observe one another more closely than dogs do and are better at learning from one another. They feel and that cooperation among wolves is the basis of the understanding between dogs and humans. Read more in PLOS ONE.
