期刊网站上可以下载版权转移表格，英俄双语。在线提交，或者所有作者签名后邮寄纸质版亦可。

网站上是这么说的：To simplify interaction between author(s) and publisher, please submit copyright transfer agreements (in the Russian or English language) together with the manuscript to the editorial board of the journal. The copyright transfer agreement can be sent as a digital copy of the original (this is preferable) or as a paper copy. The copyright transfer agreement should be filled out using MS Word or hand-printed and signed by all authors (coauthors and copyright holders).（为简化沟通，请将稿件与版权转移协议一并提交，英俄语择一即可。版权协议我们推荐递交电子版，邮寄亦可。协议需用 Word 填写，或者打印出来给所有作者签名。）

网站中还说明：A copyright transfer agreement enters into force if a manuscript is accepted for publication in English. If for any reason your article is rejected by the editorial board of a journal, the agreement loses its force.（英文稿件接受之后，版权转移协议即刻生效；如拒稿，协议将失效）
